Ivis4 boasts 14 luxurious rooms and suites, each with its own identity and character. Open-air design, bright spaces, minimalistic, warm and atmospheric, but functional in their approach.
The use of rough materials, such as wood paneling, cementitious surfaces that contrast wiht the glossy surfarces of the transparante glass partitions, and the special care in the lighting give the interior of the hotel a friendly yet mysterious character.
Everything is designed with the primary goal of creating an atmosphere with a unique narrative content in the center of which is always the visitor.
Elegant and refined, each one of the Superiors is characterized by a mural by SimpleG and features a small balcony overloverlooking the garden or Ivis street.
Ranging from 25m² to 30m² and able to accommodate up to 3 people, they are ideal for couples, solo travelers and even small families.

They come with a double bed, two twin beds or a double bed and a single sofa bed. One of this rooms is also fully wheelchair accesible.

Spacious and comfortable, the Suites ranging from 32m² to 34m², feature a large double bed in the main bedroom and a double sofa bed in the secondary space.

They may host up to 4 people making them the perfect choice for families traveling to Athens.

These rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor of Ivis4 and feature small balconies overlooking Ivis street.
Can I Live Here Forever?Suite

Very spacious and bright, these Suites will make you feel like home. Ranging from 36m² to 40m² they can host up to 4 people in two spaces separated by a glass door. In the main bedroom you will find a king size bed and in the secondary space, either a double sofa bed or two single fold out beds.

These rooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floor of the hotel and feature large balconies offering great city views.
The Acropolis Terrace

Words do not do this room justice. The Acropolis Terrace is exclusively situated on the 5th and last floor of the hotel.

While our smallest room, at 18m², it has a large 40m² private terrace offering an unparalleled unobstructed view of the Acropolis and the Lycabettus Hill.

The room has a queen size bed and a unique mural decorating the wall.
